U
na Vida Sana is an outreach to the underserved Hispanic population of Richmond. It provides screenings and health education on numerous topics including cardiometabolic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Students and professionals from the schools of medicine, nursing, & pharmacy will perform blood pressure, CardioCheck, and BMI/Frammingham Risk Screenings as well as counsel patients on what the values mean.
Requirements:
Any pharmacy students are welcome!
