The School of Pharmacy at Virginia Commonwealth University provides educational programs for professional and graduate students. A goal of the school is to educate professional students to provide quality pharmaceutical care to patients being served. The Nontraditional Doctor of Pharmacy degree program is designed for pharmacists who wish to enhance their ability to provide pharmaceutical care for their patients. This program uses distance learning methods for delivery of course materials.
