Phartech

Phartech is the name of the Academic Technology team within the School of Pharmacy. Phartech provides technology support for the VCU School of Pharmacy(SOP) employees and students. Services include: hardware support on SOP recommended and purchased laptops, desktops and printers, software support, network troubleshooting, virus and spyware removal, video conference support and scheduling, mobile device support (Traveler for Lotus Notes). Phartech also proactively manages computer systems in order to prevent problems before they occur.

Currently our, KBOX support system is the means for submitting all work order requests to the Phartech staff. This website acts as a centralized technology support system that allows Phartech to manage the numerous requests for support from faculty, staff and students. KBOX is designed to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of support provided by the School’s Academic Technology staff.

To authenticate to KBOX, you will need to enter your ACAD1 computer credentials. These credentials are the user name and password you use to access the School of Pharmacy computers.

All requests for support should be submitted to KBOX rather than emailing individuals on the Phartech staff. Requests will be addressed in the order they are received in the system and according to the level of priority.
